Acceptable Use Policy

Chingelish is for personal family learning. Please don't use it for commercial purposes, resell access, or share your login publicly.

• Type identifying details into learning activities — full names, addresses, phone numbers or school names.
• Harass, bully or impersonate anyone through the app.
• Upload harmful code, or probe, scan, scrape, overload or attack our systems.
• Copy or republish our lessons, stories, artwork or audio.
• Use automated tools to work around feature or usage limits.
• Create accounts on behalf of a child without being their parent or guardian.

We recommend a grown-up stays nearby during speaking and learning activities and reviews progress in the Parent Zone.

You and your child retain ownership of your own writing and responses. Do not include private information or record someone else without appropriate permission. Report a safety concern using the contact form or the postal address in our Privacy Policy; do not send passwords, child codes or sensitive identity documents. This service is not an emergency-response channel.

If your child sees anything upsetting, or you spot a bug or safety issue, tell us at support@chingelish.com or through our contact form.

We may proportionately limit features, suspend or close an account that breaks this policy, giving a reason and an opportunity to contact us where safe and appropriate. Urgent safety or security concerns may require immediate action. Mandatory consumer and data rights remain available. Serious matters may be reported to the appropriate authorities. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
